T-Mobile for Business’ display ad production was slow, inconsistent, and manually intensive. With no shared asset library or codified best practices, even simple updates required rebuilding creative from scratch—slowing time to market and draining team bandwidth.
Solution
As Creative Director, I led a full-scale redesign of our display ad production process. We moved the team to Figma, implemented modular design components, and layered in automation tools that allowed for instant updates to layout, style, copy, and sizing across both static and animated units.
We also built out a shared design system with baked-in brand governance, dramatically reducing file prep, creative reviews, and handoffs. The impact was transformational:
