We discovered that customers lacked education about Microsoft 365’s offering and why they need it to get the most out of their new device purchase. To fill in this major knowledge gap, we developed a mix of key retail environment augmentations with more compelling messaging and visuals. We workshopped these ideas with core Microsoft stakeholders as well as the retailer teams themselves to optimize the toolkit development and customize it to each retailer.
In the early phases of adoption of the new toolkit, retailer data showed as much as an 18% increase in online conversion rates.
